Who is Beautiful Diva? TOP
Beautiful Diva was founded by Myra Roldan, a mom to three beautiful girls. After working for several commercial cosmetic lines, she noticed the cosmetic selection offered to women of ethnic backgrounds, women with skin conditions or to those undergoing medical treatment was scarce. She made it her mission to develop a mineral makeup line that would be safe for all women with skin sensitivities, especially those undergoing chemotherapy and radiation therapy. She wanted a product that was safe for her own daughters when they became old enough to use makeup. Beautiful Diva is not a single woman, but every woman - because we are all beautiful! Mineral makeup is the most natural form of makeup available on the market today. A traditional pressed or liquid foundation has to have esters added to the pigment. This product formulation is NOT healthy for your face especially for persons with sensitive skin, those who are acne-prone or have other skin disorders. As you may know, typical liquid foundation, in the majority of cases, is comedogenic (tending to produce or aggravate acne) clogs your pores and has a short shelf-life (should be replaced every 3 to 6 months). The shelf-life of most traditional foundation is approximately 6 months. Loose mineral makeup will remain unspoiled for years without any type of preservatives.
Beautiful Diva Mineral makeup is non-comedogenic, non-irritating, and provides your skin natural protection against harmful ultra-violet sunrays. You will never have that "heavy, cakey" feeling you get with traditional makeup. Did you know that mineral makeup is also wonderful for post-cosmetic surgery, chemotherapy and radiation therapy patients?*

We list all our ingredients on the labels found at the bottom of all our products. Beautiful Diva's mineral makeup line is created using different combinations of minerals. Our main ingredients include: titanium dioxide, zinc oxide, micas.
Please note our current pressed mineral formula does contain a small amount of paraben, as this is used to hold our powders together in pressed form.
Beautiful Diva will be introducing a new line of Baked Minerals in July 2008, which is paraben free and does not contain bismuth oxychloride.

What is the Sign-up Fee to become a Beautiful Diva Sales Rep? TOP
Great question! There is no sign-up fee to become a Beautiful Diva Independent Sales Representative. We will not ask you to purchase a kit or to stock inventory. There also is no minimum order quota you must meet to be a Beautiful Diva Independent Sales Representative. You can find more information on our Business Opportunity page. Do I have to purchase anything to be a Beautiful Diva Sales Representative? TOP
NO. We do not require our Independent Sales Representative to purchase a kit or carry inventory. All our Independent Sales Representatives will have access to the Representative Arena where they will be able to access and download forms, marketing material and more for FREE. We offer business card, postcard and flyer templates to be downloaded and printed at home. We also offer creative alternatives for printing media.
What forms of payment do you accept? TOP
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal transfer payments for all orders placed on the website. We also accept Money Orders and Cashier's Checks via mail. Is this your first order? TOP
We have made it easy for you to sample our products. See our Creative Color Samples. These are full size cosmetic pans (no compact). Each Creative Color Sample is individually wrapped. Get to know our products with by purchasing a sample before purchasing a full size compact.
How do I place an order? TOP
Orders must be place through one of our Beautiful Diva Independent Sales Representatives or on an Independent Sales Representative wepage. If you don't have a Sales Representative you are working with, just visit our rep locator page to locate a Rep near you. What is your shipping cost? TOP
We currently offer shipping via United States Postal Service. Shipping is calculated vis the USPS shipping calculator.
international orders - customer is responsible for all duties, taxes and freight.
What is your return policy? TOP
Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept returns of open products. We will accept return of unopened products within 3 days of receipt of order with a return authorization. We will issue a Credit Voucher for the amount of the returned product, less shipping.
If your product arrives damaged, please send an email to orders@beautifuldiva.com within 48-hours of receipt of your package so we may remedy the damage.

Our inventory is always moving. On occasion an item may be temporarily out of stock at the time you order. Please be aware that we no longer BACK ORDER. Your invoice will flag any items that were not shipped. You will receive a credit voucher for the total sale amount of the items not shipped. In the event that a large quantity of the items ordered are back ordered, we will ship a partial shipment and refund the amount of the items that were not shipped.
Do you offer wholesale and private label? TOP
Yes we do. In order to be considered for a wholesale account, you must complete a wholesale application found under the Wholesale Login link. There is a $250 minimum opening order for all first time wholesale buyers and a $150 minimum reorder.
3 piece minimum per shade.
All sales are final, so we encourage you to do try our products before purchasing new shades. A $50 surcharge will be added to all under the minimum order amount.
